Sajad receives build over agreements, party wall awards and oversees construction projects.

Mohammed Nayeem BEng - Structural Engineer

Mohammed prepares structural calculations. He receives approvals as per Part A (Structure) of the Building Regulations Act 2010.

Murtaza Mohebi Ba - Architectural consultant

Murtaza prepares plans that receive planning permission from local authorities. He also prepares building control drawings that receive approval from local or private building control inspectors.

Ali Alnasiri - Principal Contractor

Ali has many years of on site construction experience. He oversees our building works from trench excavation, brickwork erection to plastering. Ali instructs certified electricians and gas engineers to install cabling and plumbing works.
